📦 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags still attached.

  • A valid proof of purchase (such as your confirmation email or order number) is required.

Any items mailed directly to this address will unfortunately be rejected or lost. 🔄 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Send Us an Email: Contact our customer care team at hello@lunamolly.com with your Order Number and the reason for your return. 📨

  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and reply within 24–48 business hours with the exact return warehouse address and step-by-step instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Pack your item securely and mail it back to the designated warehouse address provided by our support team. (Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect).

💳 Refunds & Processing

  • Inspection: Once your return package arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect the items to ensure they meet our return conditions. 🔍

  • Approval: We will send you an email notifying you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved.

  • Credit: If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution. 🏦

❌ Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Clearance/Final Sale items

  • Intimates, swimwear, and bodysuits

  • Gift cards
