2. Processing & Delivery Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.

3. Shipping Restrictions & Limitations

  • Address Changes: We cannot change or update the shipping address once an order has entered processing or has been shipped. Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.

  • Military Addresses: We do not ship to APO, FPO, or DPO military addresses.

  • P.O. Boxes: Please provide a physical street address if you select Expedited Shipping, as some express carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.

4. Order Tracking

Once your package is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order in real-time. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.

5. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

Luna Molly is not responsible for transit delays caused by variables beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Carrier service disruptions or holiday peak volumes

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please check with your neighbors or contact the local courier branch before reaching out to us.
